Jo’s strengths are that she is a great listener, has the ability to empathise and has a real desire to help people. Through her own life experiences and challenges with weight control, Jo can help you to achieve your goals.

It can be a real challenge achieving a healthy life balance when life is so busy, but with some planning and my support as your coach I know that it is achievable.
