Welcome to The Metabolic Clock recipes

The following recipes are everyday meals designed for busy people who want to enjoy food in its most natural and nourishing state. They are listed in alphabetical order in each section.
  1. If you have any food allergies, just make adjustments to the ingredients.
  2. If you do not want to try spelt flour then use any other flour.
  3. Each recipe specifies the number of meals it makes.
  4. Each recipe can easily be doubled or multiplied depending on the number of meals required.
  5. Some recipes allow for leftovers.

Conversion note for measures

One Australian metric cup holds approximately 250ml (8oz); one Australian metric tablespoon holds 20ml (just under 1oz); one Australian metric teaspoon holds 5 ml (1/6 oz).

The difference between one country’s measuring cups and another’s is within a two or three teaspoon variance, and will not affect your cooking results. North America, New Zealand and the United Kingdom use a 15ml (1/2oz) tablespoon.

How the meal planner works

Step 1 - Create your own recipe journal (optional)

This section contains a directory of all recipes Choose your preference

  2. My Recipe Journal
  3. Vegetarian
  4. Gluten-free
  5. Diary-free
  6. Gluten and diary-free

View recipes and tick the ones you like. Your favourite recipes will be stored in the My recipe journal category of the meal planner.

Step 2 - Create a meal plan

Select the number days for your meal plan
  1. 3 days
  2. 5 days
  3. 7 days
Choose your recipes from one of the following categories and drag and drop into meal plan
  1. My recipe journal
  2. All recipes
  3. Vegetarian
  4. Gluten-free
  5. Diary-free
  6. Gluten and diary free

Step 3 - Create a shopping list

Once your meal plan is created you can print a master shopping list of all ingredients from the recipes chosen for the meal plan
  1. Print meal plan and shopping list
  2. Check shopping list against your pantry and refrigerator and list quantities required from the recipes.
  3. Please remember to check the number of meals each recipe makes and double quantities if you need to.
