If you would like to have some fun and spend a day with inspiring people while learning how to create positive change in your life, please join us at our workshops.

We have created two one-day workshops just for you. Our workshops start at 9.30 am and finish at 5 pm. Please make sure that you start your day right by having a hearty breakfast before arriving. Please bring a water bottle, a packed lunch and a notebook and pen. We look forward to sharing a super charged day of fun, learning, inspiration and breakthrough experiences.
